The cheque's in the post

And there are quite a few winging their ways to various fair organisers. The end of May and June are proving difficult to book as all events are either at the beginning of the month, or there are four on the same day, and we're having difficulty choosing. The middle two weekends in July are busy - hopefully - once everything is confirmed we'll post dates.

So far in 2012 we will be:

4th March - Windsor Emporium - Guildhall, Windsor, SL4 1LR - 10am-4pm

17th March - Barnes Jewellers' Collective - Rose House, Barnes High Street - 11am-5pm

21st&22nd April - Best of British Weekend - Chiltern Open Air Museum, HP8 4AB - 10.30am-4.30pm

5th&6th May - Artists and Makers Fair in the Glass House at Waddesdon Manor Plant Centre - 10.30am-4.30pm


In the meantime, the workroom has been taken over bythe  parts for a solar air heater. Hopefully, by the end of the week our latest project will be on the roof and heating the boat as the sun shines during the day and the room will be clear again, allowing us to get on and make.

It's snowing outside....

... but inside the workroom the floor is back down, the radiator is plumbed in and heating up, and the workbench is covered in half completed work.

We have received lots of responses to our requests for information regarding events and are filling in booking forms and writing cheques.

On March 17th we will be joining the Barnes Jewellery Collective at their Creative Jewellers' Market held at Rose House on Barnes High Street (SW13 9LD). More dates to be posted here once we've had confirmation.

And it was going so well...

The good news is that we've tweaked the website and hope to have some new work up on it soon.

The slightly annoying news is that due to a central heating incident, the floors are all up in the workroom and jewellery work has had to be curtailed for a couple of days until we finish some plumbing.

We are looking for events and hope to be at Waddesdon Manor on 5th and 6th May.
